So this is my first step to starting my empire of truffles.
I will change the look and feel of this thing as I go, and I'll be adding the things that I learn about truffles as I go.
The first thing I'm going to try to work out are the locations in Victoria that are suitable for growing truffles. I have a few good hunches, but, you know, dumping money into something without planning it out would be kinda silly.
So, I'm going to start out by looking at soil types and acidity levels. It seems truffles like more alkaline soils, and don't like heavy clay. Then I'm going to look at rainfall and try to build some kind of mash up map that shows the regions that are better suited.
